- Where do I see every data room I am in?At galley.1936ai.com. Sign in with your email and a code, and Your data rooms lists every company on Galley that has invited you, with what needs you: documents new to you, an NDA to accept, or an invitation.
- What is on Home? The company's welcome note, what's been added or updated since your last visit, news from the team (replies, updates and calls), the documents you starred, and how much of each folder you've opened.
- How do I find and keep documents?Documents lists everything shared with you by folder, with new and updated ones marked. Search looks inside documents too.
- How do I ask the company a question?Use Ask a question on a document, or the Questions tab. Only the company's team sees it.
- How do I book a call with the team?Under Book a call, when the team has offered times. Pick a time, add what you'd like to cover, and you'll get a calendar invite.

- What can the company see about my visits?Which documents you open and download, how long you read and which pages, what you search for, your questions, and an approximate place and device.
- Can a company see which other data rooms I am in?No. Each company sees only what you do in its own data room.
- My access has ended. Can I get it back?Companies can give access until a date. After it, the room shows under Access ended. Ask the company's team if you need it again.
