Signing in
How your team and your investors get in, and how long they stay signed in.
- How do I sign in?At galley.1936ai.com, or at your data room's address, choose Log in with 1936 AI. You use your 1936 AI account: Google, Microsoft, or your email and password.
- How do people I add on the Team page sign in?At your data room's address, with a code Galley emails them, then an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password.
- How do investors sign in?With their email address. Galley emails them a six-digit code, which works once and lasts 10 minutes. They don't make an account or remember a password.
- An investor is in several companies' data rooms. Do they sign in to each one?No. At galley.1936ai.com they sign in once and see Your data rooms: every company on Galley that has invited them.
- How long do people stay signed in?Until they sign out, after a day without using Galley, or after 30 days at most.
- The code hasn't arrived. What can I do?Look in spam or other folders. Codes come from Galley's email address, with your company's name as the sender. Ask for a new code.
