What can I do with the Galley API?

Your own tools can work with your data room without anyone opening Galley. With the API they can:

• Invite investors, give them folders, set when their access ends, move them along your pipeline and revoke them.
• Upload documents and new versions, make folders and delete documents.
• Read activity: who opened or downloaded what, for how long, NDAs accepted and questions asked.

With webhooks, Galley tells your tools the moment something happens, like an investor opening your deck, so they never have to keep asking. See instant alerts to other tools.

The API comes with the Pro plan. It's for whoever sets up your tools: a developer, or an automation tool that can send web requests with a key.
